Rock band plays primary school benefit – article from Henley Standard 5th November 2011. A photo I took a few months ago, so it doesn’t strictly qualify for my 365, but the article was published today. I will try to add a firework picture later today too.

Puffin

A ROCK band are putting on a fund-raising concert for Goring village hall and primary school.

Puffin are made up of Dom Fawcett, Harvey Cammell, Mark Cusack, Dave Casswell and Andrew Markham, all of whom have children at the school. The band will perform at the village hall on November 12, from 8pm to midnight.

Lead singer Mr Fawcett said: “We play for the love of it. This gig is our most ambitious yet and our main aim is to entertain so we play stuff we like but also that we think the audience will enjoy and dance to.
