We had to buy a Christmas Tree today, because apparently Barnaby had told his teacher we would get one this weekend and “It is wrong to lie” (nice tactic), so off to the local supplier today. The boys decided to get all wrapped up to – luckily no health and safety visitor was spied.
With freshly cut hair, the boys decided that Lotka needed a hair treatment too, and so decided to give her a wash. She is fresh and sleek now.
The boys and a friend in the local vets! A shopping evening in the village, where the kids OD’d on sweets and excitement in general. They also had the first meeting with father Christmas of the year. OOPs, realised I posted two for Friday – this is what comes of not posting each day and […]

Another day when I only picked up the camera towards the twilight hours, but how nice to capture happy bath time antics. Arms and flannels all happen to be strategically placed. Well done boys and I hope this won’t embarrass you too much in later years.
TThe Apple Elf delivered more windfall today. As I am still recovering from the weekend, these were my only inspiration! Plus we have a fab apple peeler/corer/slicer thingy, which makes eating these a delight.
AAfter a very busy day and night on the 26th, I took it easy on sunday but when we popped out for a pre lunch walk I couldn’t resist snapping a few pics of the scenery and boys. It was a toss up between Didcot Power Station and Barnaby. Sorry DPS, you simply are not […]
