I had a few hours with just Willow, and was meant to be tidying the house, but taking photos of her was so much more fun. Here she is, smiling in her sleep. Wonder what she was dreaming of?

I am sure I put her down somewhere….

And the games have begun. Whilst I can’t be there myself, I am enjoying the opening ceremony on TV and am looking forward to all the events this next fortnight. Go Team GB.

The run of beautiful weather continues and the boys played happily in the paddling pool this afternoon, once we had washed the slimey slugs away…. nice to see them all playing so well together. For once.

We had another nice day today – third in a row! Summer must be here. Finally. Whilst the older two boys were at a holiday club morning, Felix and I took advantage of the sun, and being allowed again to use the hosepipe (after all the rain the ban was lifted) in the garden.
