Goring Lock
I managed to get outside today and take some pictures of The Thames. I like the composition of this picture, but want to return with a tripod to get complete sharpness. I played around post processing to get this painterly effect.

like the “layers” here each level up the photo is like a different layer of interest. What did you do in post processing – looks v effective! love the blues and the effect on that front wall

I took three exposures and blended in Photomatix. But was just resting the camera on lock railings. I quite like this painterly effect.
