Had a lovely day today with big sis and her family, celebrating her birthday. We even managed to get out for a walk in the beautiful afternoon sunshine with the rays of light bursting through the clouds. And congratulations to Andy Murray and Ben Ainslie for for todays gold medals for team GB.

Great Britain win six gold medals on Day Eight of the London Games to enjoy their most successful day at an Olympics in 104 years. What more can I say? GO Team GB. Loving these games!!
