Egg Painting
This morning Alexei painted some boiled eggs, and himself, in preparation for an easter egg roll at the pre school picnic. His painting style is quite haphazard, but effective nonetheless! Following the picnic, he portrayed a brilliant worm in the nursery play; now he is having some well earned downtime after such a busy day.

Thanks Claire – like all yours, this was just natural light. Friday mornings are our special time as it is just him and me together doing whatever he wants (with just a little prompting from me). And how nice to have my picture posted up before suppertime!

Thanks Helen – it is lovely to give and have, full attention with each other and with whatever we are doing for these 2 precious hours. You know how chaotic our household is normally!

Thanks Inga – he enjoyed painting it, but is looking forward even more to eating some chocolate ones!
