2016 Week 10 – Elena Shumilova

Ok I know it is greedy, but i had another training opportunity. This time with the awesome Elena Shumilova who takes amazing pictures of her children in her native Russia that have become recognised worldwide. She is doing worldwide training and I secured a place at her Box Hill Workshop. Despite the appalling weather, I had such a great time and learnt so much and met some fabulous people, all fellow photographers. Now to put  it all into practice!

This was absolutely my favourite photo – I have even had it printed into an acrylic for my home.

Back at home, I took my eldest out for a quick practice shoot in preparation for his forthcoming 10th birthday.
